Shipping, Duty & Warranty Policy

1. Global Shipping

All iDraw Pen Plotters are eligible for worldwide FREE shipping.

  • Shipping method: Air Express or Sea Freight (depends on model and destination)
  • Orders are processed only after quality inspection
  • Tracking number is available upon request via support@idrawpenplotter.com
  • We only use official carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT

2. Production & Handling Time (iDraw Series)

Before shipment, each iDraw unit undergoes strict testing and assembly checks:

  • iDraw A4 / H A3 / H SE A3: 2 business days
  • iDraw H A2 / H A1 / H A0: up to 2 weeks
  • iDraw H SE A2: 1 week (air) / up to 1 month (sea shipping option)

3. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on shipping method:

Air Shipping

  • Typical delivery time: ~1 week worldwide
  • Fastest option for most iDraw models

Sea Shipping (selected large orders)

  • Delivery time: ~1 month or longer
  • Used for cost efficiency on bulk or oversized shipments

4. Import Tax & Customs Duty

Import duties are not included in product prices unless explicitly stated.

United States

  • Most iDraw models are shipped duty-free
  • Some cases may still require local customs tax depending on regulations

Other Countries

  • Customers are responsible for local import taxes and customs duties

Low Invoice Value Option

For selected iDraw models:

  • Declared value may be reduced (e.g., ~$125 for plotters)
  • This helps reduce import tax burden
  • Must comply with local customs regulations
  • Contact support@idrawpenplotter.com for arrangements

5. Shipping Methods

Air Express (Recommended)

  • Fast delivery (~1 week)
  • Used for most iDraw A-series and H SE models
  • Suitable for customers requiring quick delivery

Sea Freight

  • Used for large machines or cost-sensitive shipments
  • Slower delivery (~1 month+)
  • More economical for oversized orders

6. Shipping Disclaimer

Delays may occur due to uncontrollable factors such as:

  • Extreme weather
  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier delays
  • Global disruptions

In such cases:

  • We will assist customers with tracking updates
  • Delivery dates may be adjusted without liability for delay

Some carriers may deliver without signature. If missed:

  • Package may be held at local post office or pickup point

7. Warranty (iDraw Pen Plotters)

All iDraw Pen Plotters include a:

12-Month Limited Warranty

Covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Mechanical or electronic failure under normal use

Warranty Requirements

Customers must provide:

  • Order number or invoice
  • Proof of issue (photos/videos if needed)
  • Product may need to be returned for inspection

8. 30-Day Return Policy

Customers may return iDraw products within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Refund
  • Store credit
  • Replacement (if eligible)

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping cost is borne by customer unless defective

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized/customized items
  • Bundled discounted sets (unless full bundle returned)
  • Fully assembled or heavily used units

If defective, exceptions do not apply.


10. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Physical damage (drops, misuse, water, etc.)
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Purchases from unauthorized sellers
  • Expired warranty period

11. Shipping Responsibility

  • If return is due to defect: we assist according to warranty terms
  • If return is non-defective: customer is responsible for shipping costs
  • Damage during return shipping (non-defect cases) is the customer’s responsibility
